Cooking on the Farm: Global Street Food

Take your taste buds on an exciting journey with this free Randall’s Island Park workshop: Global Street Food: A Flavorful Journey Through World Cuisines with returning Chef Keesha!

We’ll explore the vibrant flavors of street food from around the world! This hands-on class will showcase how fresh herbs, spices, and local ingredients come together to create bold, unforgettable flavors—all while highlighting the connection between food, culture, and sustainability.

While learning from Chef Keesha about the cultural and nutritious significance of the foods, participants will create a dish together that everyone will ultimately get to enjoy using ingredients harvested right from the Urban Farm!
