Dance in the Park!

This event repeats every week on Saturday between 6/28/2025 and 8/30/2025.

Are you looking for a free, outdoor dance series this summer? Grab your water bottle and comfortable clothes and head to Randall’s Island for Bachata and Salsa in the Park! Motivated by the breeze, city and nature views, and an engaging instructor, participants will learn new moves and gain confidence with old ones.

We’re grateful to partner with Sweet Water Dance & Yoga to bring fabulous instructors to the park. Bring a friend or come on your own!

This class will be accessible for beginner and advanced dancers. Come early for our 10am yoga class to stretch out beforehand!

Schedule:

Saturday, 6/28-7/26 from 11-11:45am: Bachata
Saturday, 7/19 from 1-2pm: General dance at Waterfront Festival
Saturday, 8/2-8/30 from 11-11:45am: Salsa

Location: East River Picnic Area (across from Field 72)
