Lap swimming is back! Enjoy exclusive Adult Lap Swim from 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at five select outdoor pools, allowing fitness-minded New Yorkers to take to the water without interruption from other swimmers.
Challenge Yourself
Meet the challenge of swimming 15 miles or more over the summer months and earn a 15-miler t-shirt or test yourself by entering a swim competition at your local pool.
How to Register
Registration is free and takes place poolside. Visit the pool during our early bird hours to register on site.
