Move your body and get a great workout in our Senior Splash water aerobics class! Seniors (ages 62 and up) can groove to heart-pumping music as you burn calories and sculpt your muscles. You will improve your cardiovascular fitness and increase your range of motion and flexibility in this supportive, instructor-led course.
Enjoy the benefits of the water at outdoor pools. Each week, we will reserve time at one outdoor pool in each borough to provide seniors with a stress-free time where you can swim, improve health and fitness, and socialize with others.
