Striking: Boxing and Kickboxing

This class instructed by Tyler is designed to show beginners the basics of Boxing and Kickboxing (gear optional but recommended). Members will learn: Proper guarding stance, footwork, offense (punches, kicks, knees), defense (covers, slips, parries, checks) and how to shadowbox. This class is a very fun way to push yourself, stay in shape and can help members of all different levels achieve their fitness goals.

This Class is designed to show members the basics of grappling (rash-guard and leggings mandatory). They will go over basic movements, submissions and strikes from various grappling positions. This is a great class for cardio, strength, and flexibility; whether you are trying to learn self-defense or honing your skills for a specific submission, this class can help that goal.
