DROP-IN Program - Move your body and get a great workout at our Adult Water Aerobics class! Groove to heart-pumping music as you burn calories and sculpt your muscles. You’ll also improve your cardiovascular fitness and increase your range of motion and flexibility in this supportive, instructor-led course.
