Few experiences compare with being on the open water in New York City. The rhythm of the waves, the sun on your face, and the exhilaration of slicing through the water all add up to an experience you’ll never forget. Our trained Urban Park Rangers will lead you on canoe adventures that range from the gentle waters of protected lakes to the challenging open waters of rivers and bays. All canoe programs are for ages 8 years and older. Participants must have prior canoeing experience. Registration opens on Wednesday July 9

World's Fair Marina
Due to a major planned reconstruction project, Pier 1 at the World's Fair Marina is currently closed. There is presently no transient dockage nor passenger pick-ups and drop-offs allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back with the World's Fair Marina in the future for updates.

Flushing Meadows Corona Park Aquatics Center & Ice Rink
Beginning Thursday, June 26, 2025, the indoor pool at Flushing Meadows Corona Park Aquatics Center will have reduced hours for the duration of the summer. The summer hours will be Monday - Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, Closed, and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Due to construction on the Tide Gate Bridge, located on Meridian Road within Flushing Meadows Corona Park, vehicular traffic will not be allowed to cross the bridge in either direction. Please follow posted detour signs around Meridian Road and plan for additional travel time. Pedestrian traffic will still be permitted to cross the bridge.
