Skate Parks

The Department of Parks & Recreation will provide an attendant during official operating hours. Each participant will be required to sign a waiver (those under 18 will need their guardian's signature) before being allowed to use the facility.

Requirements for use:

A signed liability waiver
Helmet
Knee pads
Elbow pads
Wristguards (for those under age 18 only)

Thomas Jefferson Park Skate Park	East 114th Street and the FDR Drive, near the basketball courts		7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.	The skate park features ramps, rails, steps, two skate benches, and a platform area.	This is an unsupervised skate park. BMX bikes, inline skates, scooters, and skateboards are allowed. Large bikes are not allowed. Electric- or gas-powered bikes, skates, skateboards, and scooters are not allowed.
