Dance FitnessGymnasium (Side) Dance Fitness is a workout fused with dance. The goal is to improve cardio fitness while having fun and getting a full body workout! This class is taught to music with easy-to-follow steps that will surely get your heart dancing and pumping! All levels are welcome. Space is limited. Youth Skills & DrillsGymnasium (Court) This Youth Skills & Drills sports clinic will provide an opportunity for youth to develop the fundamentals required for playing sports. Participants will engage in calisthenics that enhance endurance and footwork drills that will keep them moving fast and safe when playing sports. This program is for youth ages 6 to 13. Chair YogaDance Room Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while seated in a chair or while standing and using a chair for support. It includes a combination of stretching, strengthening, and breathing exercises, and includes relaxation and meditation techniques. Most yoga poses can be modified so that they can be practiced utilizing a chair. Twists, lunges, reclining poses, inversions, balancing poses and Sun Salutations can all be performed using a chair.
